====== Speed-Quote (Toys R Us) EAccessViolation-Access violation at address... Error ======

If you see an error similar to this when Speed-Quote (Toys R Us Edition) starts it is usually because some settings have been corrupted.

===== How to Fix the Problem =====


1) Open the Speed-Quote Root folder in Windows Explorer.  You can quickly open this folder by using the shortcut in the Windows Start Menu.

2) Open the Admin folder by double-clicking on "Admin" in the Windows Explorer window that opens.

3) Open the Settings folder by double-clicking on "Settings".

4) Delete all of the folders EXCEPT the "Directories" folder.  DO NOT delete the "Directories" folder.

5) The Settings folder should look like this after.  You should now be able to start Speed-Quote again.
