====== How do I send Debug Information to APPtastic support? ======

If someone at Apptastic Tech Support asks for debug information, follow these steps:

  - Download and Run Microsoft's DbgView.exe program.
  - Start Speed-Quote.
  - Save the debug information and email it to APPtastic Software support.

==== Download and Run Microsoft's DbgView.exe program ====

You can download DbgView from Microsoft's web site:  [[http://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/sysinternals/bb896647.aspx]]

Once the software is downloaded, you will need to run DbgView.exe.  Once it is running it will look like this:

==== Start Speed-Quote ====

Start Speed-Quote as usual.  Work with Speed-Quote until the issue that we are trying to resolve occurs.  DebugView will start filling up with information that may help APPtastic support see what is happening in Speed-Quote.  It will look like this:

Save the debug information by clicking the File Menu in DebugView and selecting "Save As...".  Email the saved .log file to support@apptastic.com
