This is an old revision of the document!

ModelDashString = <Modelnumber> + “ (” + <Dashcode> + “)” e.g. T5681 (DE2WA)

TableName = Name of the main table for the template. The Tablename can be found by selecting the appropriate template and clicking on the Help Menu → Session Information… e.g. The Master Entry Sheet TableName is “Master_General”. The Toys R Us: US Division Import template would be “TRU_003”.

AltPictureName (Optional) = “{” + <Picture_XX> + “}” where XX is the picture number 01..08 and is the placement on the Pictures Tab of the Master Entry Sheet.

A complete picture name for the MAIN picture on the Master would be:

<ModelDashString> + “ - ” + <TableName> + “.jpg” e.g. T5681 (DE2WA) - Master01.jpg

A complete picture name for an ALTERNATE picture on the Pictures Tab of the Master would be:

<ModelDashString> + “ - ” + <TableName> + “ ” + <AltPictureName> + “.jpg” e.g. T5681 (DE2WA) - Master01 {Picture_01}.jpg

In addition, if a ModelNumber-Dashcode combination does not have a picture assigned to it with it's specific ModelDashString it will look for a “default” product picture using a ModelDashString with it's ModelNumber, but a blank Dashcode.

e.g. if product T5681 (DE2WA) does not find a picture called “T5681 (DE2WA) - Master01.jpg” it will use a picture called “T5681 () - Master01.jpg”
